Welcome to CrepiCure. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your footwear for cleaning or restoration.

Services ProvidedCrepiCure provides professional shoe cleaning and restoration services including Standard Deep Clean (£30), Premium Deep Clean (£35), Luxury Clean (£35), Creps Restoration (starting from £50+), Express Services (additional charges apply), and Collection and Delivery Services (additional charges apply). All services are subject to assessment of the footwear’s condition.

Payment TermsFull payment must be made in advance before any work begins. Prices may vary depending on the condition of the footwear. Restoration services start from £50 but may increase depending on the extent of the damage and work required. Express services are charged as follows: 4–7 days no additional charge, 2–3 days additional £10 per pair, next-day service additional £20 per pair. Collection and drop-off services start from £10. CrepiCure reserves the right to refuse service if payment is not received.

Condition of FootwearBy submitting footwear to CrepiCure, customers acknowledge that cleaning and restoration results may vary depending on material, age, and condition. Not all stains, marks, yellowing, odours, or damage can be completely removed. Cleaning may expose or worsen pre-existing weaknesses in materials, stitching, glue, or structure. CrepiCure is not responsible for issues arising from pre-existing damage or general wear and tear.

Luxury and High-End FootwearLuxury and designer footwear often use delicate materials such as suede, nubuck, mesh, leather, and specialty fabrics. Customers acknowledge the inherent risks involved in cleaning such materials. While CrepiCure takes extreme care, we are not liable for unavoidable changes in texture, colour, softness, or finish that may occur during the cleaning process.

 

Restoration ServicesRestoration services include but are not limited to repainting, reglueing, de-yellowing, colour correction, and structural repair. Pricing starts from £50 and varies depending on the level of work required. Exact colour matching cannot be guaranteed. Structural repairs depend on the age and overall condition of the footwear. Restoration outcomes may vary.

 

Turnaround TimesStandard turnaround time is approximately 4–7 days. Express services are available at additional cost. Turnaround times may vary during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances. CrepiCure will communicate any significant delays where possible.

Collection and Storage PolicyCustomers must collect their footwear within 14 days of being notified that the service is complete. Footwear left uncollected after 30 days may incur storage fees. Items left uncollected after 60 days may be resold or disposed of to recover service and storage costs.

Loyalty Rewards and PromotionsCrepiCure may offer promotional incentives, including a free clean after every 4 paid cleans and 3 additional free cleans after 20 pairs have been cleaned.

All free cleans and promotional rewards must be redeemed before 31st December of the calendar year in which they were earned. All loyalty rewards reset at the beginning of each new calendar year (1st January). Any unused free cleans will expire and cannot be carried forward into the following year.

Free cleans and promotional rewards cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another customer, or combined with other offers unless agreed at CrepiCure’s discretion. Loyalty tracking is based solely on CrepiCure’s internal records.CrepiCure reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw promotions and loyalty rewards at any time without prior notice.

Cancellations and RefundsNo refunds will be issued once cleaning or restoration has begun. If a cancellation is requested before work starts, refunds may be issued at CrepiCure’s discretion. Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction where services have been completed with reasonable care and skill.

Refusal of ServiceCrepiCure reserves the right to refuse service for footwear that is excessively damaged beyond repair, deemed unsafe to clean, or suspected to be counterfeit goods.

 

Damage and Limitation of LiabilityCrepiCure takes all reasonable care and professional precautions when handling and cleaning footwear. However, by submitting footwear for cleaning or restoration, customers acknowledge that such services carry inherent risks, particularly with worn, aged, delicate, or previously repaired items.
CrepiCure is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, manufacturer defects, weak glue, sole separation, fragile materials, damage resulting from prior repairs, colour fading, material sensitivity, or unavoidable texture changes.In the unlikely event that damage occurs as a direct result of our service, CrepiCure’s liability shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the service provided for that specific pair.

CrepiCure shall not be liable for the retail, resale, or market value of the footwear, limited edition or collector value, loss of resale value, or any indirect or consequential losses.

By using our services, customers agree to these limitations of liability.

AmendmentsCrepiCure reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
